DB Reisezentrum / DB Travel Centre (S-Bahn Counter)
The DB Reisezentrum at Alexanderplatz is at the end of the station (near Karl-Liebknecht-Straße). From the TV tower, turn left at ground level, and from the Galeria department store, turn right.

DB Reisezentrum/DB Travel Centre (S-Bahn counter)
The DB Reisezentrum is located on the middle level, 1st floor (GB) / 2nd floor (US), between the stairways to tracks 12 and 13. Attention: Go to the S-Bahn counter (immediately on the right) in the DB Reisezentrum.

The DB Reisezentrum is located at the Georgenstraße exit, which is close to Friedrichstraße. Orientate yourself to the neighbor: Yormas.

The S-Bahn Customer Center is prominently located on the first floor in the large foyer.

S-Bahn Customer Center Zoologischer Garten
The S-Bahn customer center at Zoologischer Garten station is at ground level, but NOT in the main halls.
Go from the main halls into the last cross corridor between Jebensstraße and the bus stops in front of the station. There you will find it at the stairs to platforms 3 and 4.
