How do our city passes work?

The EasyCityPasses Berlin & Vienna offer free public transportation and discounts at our tourist discount partners. Whether you are visiting for a day, a weekend, or a week, the EasyCityPass is your most convenient and best travel companion.

What does EasyCityPass has to offer?

We offer a variety of unforgettable travel experiences within Berlin and Vienna. After choosing us as your city pass ticket, you will receive unlimited use of public transportation and discounts from incredible attractions and events in various cities from guided tours, hop-on hop-off tours, water activities, nighttime activities, and gastronomy experiences within our provided cities.

How do I receive my discounts?

For most discount partners, it is sufficient to present your valid EasyCityPass. Some partners also offer online discounts. Please take a look at the respective partner entry to see whether an online discount is possible. Please be sure to announce it before ordering (in the restaurant) or directly at the checkout, so that there are no misunderstandings.

I bought my ticket in the online ticket shop but did not receive a ticket by e-mail.

Please check your spam folder. If you can't find it there, please send us an email using info@easycitypass.com and we will get back to you. Please avoid contacting your payment service provider immediately, we will work it out with you to ensure that you receive your ticket.

I bought my ticket in the online ticket shop, can I cancel it afterwards?

No, it is not possible to cancel your ticket after you have purchased it. Subsequent changes such as name, date etc. cannot be made either.

I bought my ticket in the online ticket shop, do I still have to exchange the ticket?

No, you will receive your EasyCityPass ticket by e-mail. It will then be valid from your selected start date and, if applicable, start time for your selected period.

Do I have to print out the ticket from the online ticket shop or is it also valid on my mobile phone?

No, it is not necessary to print out the ticket. You can show the ticket on your cell phone in the event of an inspection. However, we recommend that you have a printed version with you in case something happens to your mobile phone (theft, empty battery, ....).

Why does my PayPal statement show a different payee and not EasyCityPass?

EasyCityPass is published by CoConsult Gesellschaft für Unternehmensberatungen GmbH, in cooperation with Del Medio Verlag GmbH. Don't worry if your PayPal statement does not show EasyCityPass as the payee.

EasyCityPass Berlin

How long is my EasyCityPass valid for?

You decide how long your EasyCityPass Berlin is valid! You have the choice between 48h, 72h, 4 days, 5 days, or 6 days.

Once validated (before the first trip or claiming a discount), you can travel as often as you like on public transport (U-Bahn, Tram, Bus, S-Bahn, BVG ferry).

Mobile and online tickets do not need to be validated, as they automatically entitle you to use them from the start time you set.

In which tariff areas is the EasyCityPass Berlin valid?

The Berlin AB tariff zone covers the city center including the main train station. The Berlin ABC tariff zone covers the city center including the main train station, BER Berlin Brandenburg Airport, and Potsdam.

Is there a family card?

Although there is no family ticket, children under the age of 6, stroller, luggage and a dog can be taken for free. In addition, with the EasyCityPass Berlin, one adult can bring along up to 3 children to 14 years free of charge.

Where can I buy EasyCityPass Berlin?

The EasyCityPass Berlin is available at the following points of sale:

• All S-Bahn Berlin and DB Regio ticket vending machines and points of sale in the Berlin ABC tariff zone

• All BVG ticket vending machines

• Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER): Vending machines & DB Regio customer center

• Central Station: Vending machines, sales points of the S-Bahn Berlin and DB Regio in the DB Travel Center

• Online store of the S-Bahn Berlin, DB Navigator (regional offers - VBB), as well as the BVG ticket app

• And at online travel agencies (GetYourGuide, Klook)

Of course, you can also order the EasyCityPass Berlin online via the EasyCityPass Shop.

Which partners does the EasyCityPass Berlin include?

The EasyCityPass Berlin includes numerous discount partners from the areas of sightseeing, culture, and gastronomy. But also shopping, fun and action and the famous Berlin nightlife are not neglected.

Can I redeem the partner discounts of EasyCityPass Berlin when making a reservation?

The pre-reservation of tickets with a valid partner discount is only possible if you already have an EasyCityPass Berlin. During your reservation, you indicate the keyword EasyCityPass Berlin as well as at the pickup with your order number to get the discount. There are different rules for individual partners, but these are then noted on our website.

EasyCityPass Vienna

When is my EasyCityPass Vienna valid?

The EasyCityPass Vienna is valid from the specified date and time and is also available as an e-ticket.

With the EasyCityPass Vienna, you can use all public transport in Vienna (core zone 100) for 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days (7 days: from the selected start date, the ticket is valid for seven calender days (until 00:59 am on the eighth day).

Can I travel to/from the airport with the EasyCityPass Vienna?

The EasyCityPass Vienna is only valid in the core zone of Vienna (zone 100) for all S-/U-bahns, streetcars and buses. If you want to take the S7 to/from the airport, you need to buy a connection ticket (2,00 € - prices subject to change). The connection ticket is valid from the core zone border (Schwechat station).

Is there a family card?

No, there is no classic family card, but as a user of the EasyCityPass Vienna, it is possible to take a child under the age of 15 for free. Alternatively, this also applies to a dog.

Where can I buy the EasyCityPass Vienna?

You can purchase the EasyCityPass Vienna at the following points of sale:

• At all information and ticket offices, as well as all vending machines of Wiener Linien

• At all ticket counters and vending machines of ÖBB

• Vienna Main Station: Vending machines, information, and ticket offices of Wiener Linien and ÖBB

• Airport: ÖBB ticket counters and vending machines

• at online travel agencies (GetYourGuide, Klook)

The EasyCityPass Vienna can be purchased via the EasyCityPass online shop, via the online shops of Wiener Linien and ÖBB, as well as via their apps.
