Customers who book through GetYourGuide, Booking.com, Headout, Musement, Expedia, etc. will receive a voucher as proof of booking. The voucher contains all the information you need to know to use your EasyCityPass. You will need to exchange this voucher for a ticket before traveling. You can find all the exchange points here.

For most discount partners, it is sufficient to present your valid EasyCityPass. Please be sure to announce it before ordering (in the restaurant) or directly at the checkout, so that there are no misunderstandings.
EasyCityPass Berlin

You decide how long your EasyCityPass Berlin is valid! You have the choice between 48h, 72h, 4 days, 5 days, or 6 days.
Once validated (before the first trip or claiming a discount), you can travel as often as you like on public transport (U-Bahn, Tram, Bus, S-Bahn, BVG ferry).
Mobile and online tickets do not need to be validated, as they automatically entitle you to use them from the start time you set.

The Berlin AB tariff zone covers the city center including the main train station. The Berlin ABC tariff zone covers the city center including the main train station, BER Berlin Brandenburg Airport, and Potsdam.

Although there is no family ticket, children under the age of 6, stroller, luggage and a dog can be taken for free. In addition, with the EasyCityPass Berlin, one adult can bring along up to 3 children to 14 years free of charge.

The pre-reservation of tickets with a valid partner discount is only possible if you already have an EasyCityPass Berlin. During your reservation, you indicate the keyword EasyCityPass Berlin as well as at the pickup with your order number to get the discount. There are different rules for individual partners, but these are then noted on our website.

EasyCityPass Vienna

The EasyCityPass Vienna is valid from the specified date and time and is also available as an e-ticket.
With the EasyCityPass Vienna, you can use all public transport in Vienna (core zone 100) for 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or 1 calendar week (weekly ticket valid from Monday 00:00 to the following Monday 09:00).

The EasyCityPass Vienna is only valid in the core zone of Vienna (zone 100) for all S-/U-bahns, streetcars and buses. If you want to take the S7 to/from the airport, you need to buy a connection ticket (1,90 € - prices subject to change). The connection ticket is valid from the core zone border (Schwechat station).

No, there is no classic family card, but as a user of the EasyCityPass Vienna, it is possible to take a child under the age of 15 for free. Alternatively, this also applies to a dog.
