Yes, Berlin has more bridges than Venice. However, the exact number of bridges in Berlin depends on the definition of whether water bridges or road bridges are counted: 920 to 2,100. Venice has around 400 bridges. The city is built on over 100 islands, which are connected by bridges. Concerning the area, the number of bridges in Berlin and Venice is not that far apart.
