Is access to the ships barrier-free?

No, unfortunately access to the ships of the Hadynski shipping company is not barrier-free. Guests have to walk down a few steps to get onto the ship.

Do the ships sail all year round?

No. The departure times are from April-October from 11:00 to 17:00, and in March, November, and December from 11:00-15:30. The Hadynski shipping company ships do not sail in January and February.

Hop aboard one of the two glass panorama ships MS Carola and MS Franziska and listen as your tour guide presents the one-hour boat trip. Listen to live explanations and stories about the exciting cityscape of Berlin.

Embark on a daily trip from March to December and take in the panoramic view with a beer, cup of coffee, or long drink. Thanks to the large window areas, everyone is ensured an optimal view when the guides explain the highlights of Berlin, such as the Berlin Cathedral or the Reichstag. During the tour, we sail through the old part of Berlin including the Nikolai Quarter and Museum Island, and the new part of Berlin including the parliament district, the Reichstag, and the chancellery.

In the warmer months, the window area will be fully opened however the windows can shut in the event of cold or adverse weather conditions; ensuring your comfort throughout the trip.
