Schöneberg Pumpkin Festival

October 4 and 5, 2025

The pumpkin festival is taking place for the 26th time on Akazienstraße and Belziger Straße in Schöneberg. Over 10,000 pumpkins of 20 different varieties are the focus of the street festival in the Akazienkiez neighborhood. Numerous restaurateurs transform them into pumpkin soups, macaroons, cakes, lasagnas, quiches, and other delicacies. Additionally, merchants from all over Germany offer a wide range of products for everyday use.

Berlin Food Week

October 6 to 12, 2025

Austria comes to Berlin: at the 11th edition of Berlin Food Week. Because it is all about Austrian cuisine. Culinary originals from all nine federal states are coming to Berlin. The highlight for many foodies is undoubtedly the House of Food at Bikini. Over forty local manufacturers, international food brands, start-ups, and small producers will be presenting their latest products on Friday and Saturday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Visitors are invited to chat with exhibitors and other foodies. Admission to the House of Food is free.

The 15th Long Night of Families is designed for adventurous families with children aged 0-14 who want to experience a wide range of activities and adventures. Over 150 participants and cooperation partners are involved throughout Berlin and the surrounding area. “Open doors! Families on the move” is this year's motto.
