How many boroughs does Berlin have? The capital was reduced to twelve districts after the last territorial reform in 2001. After reunification in 1990, Berlin consisted of 23 districts. Even though the wall is long gone, the city still has two city centers due to the division. Student intern Mika reports about his district Pankow
