Can I bring luggage on the bus?

Yes, you can bring small carry-on luggage. Large suitcases or bulky items are not allowed on the open upper deck. It’s best to travel light.

Children under 5 ride for free (maximum of 2 children per paying adult). Discounted tickets are available for children ages 5–15.

Can I switch between the red and blue routes?

Yes, both routes are included in every Big Bus ticket. You can switch between the routes as often as you like at Alexanderplatz—the common starting point.

Does Big Bus Berlin run even when it rains?

Yes, the buses run in all weather conditions. The upper deck is partially covered and can be closed off. Service may be suspended only in exceptional cases due to extreme weather conditions.
