These Berlin marshmallow specialties are still produced after old family recipes and are hand-cooked in large kettles and the figures are still hand-decorated.

The product's texture is between a soft marshmallow and a gummy bear, thus we like to describe the product as a gummy-mallow.

Our products only use “all natural” ingredients and are gluten- and dairy-free and of course without genetically modified organisms.
