The panorama DIE MAUER is a unique experience of recreating the time of divided Berlin.
What are you particularly looking forward to this year?
We are looking forward to the reopening and the many visitors who will hopefully come to visit us all over again soon. No matter where they are from, many visitors have a personal story about this special time, and it is always very impressive to hear these stories. The Panorama DIE MAUER brings back memories. We are especially looking forward to this in the coming weeks!
What is your exhibition highlight?
The open-air exhibition First and foremost, of course, the Panorama itself. In addition to a photo exhibition and an auditorium with a film about Yadegar Asisi, the Panorama is the heart of the exhibition. Here, visitors can immerse themselves in the special atmosphere of Berlin Kreuzberg in the 1980s.the history of Potsdamer Platz at a height of 100 meters.
What else should you have experienced in Berlin besides the Panorama DIE MAUER?
The capital's diverse museums are unique. Berlin has so much to offer, there is something for every taste. Especially when exploring around Checkpoint Charlie and along Friedrichstraße, towards Unter den Linden to Berlin's historic center - there is something for everyone!
