Wintergarten Berlin Varieté: Josephine Baker
As soon as you enter the Wintergarten Berlin, you are drawn into another world by the magnificent backdrop of the variety theater. Dark velvet, fine wood, and the unique starry sky create an atmosphere that is reminiscent of the glamorous 1920s. With the show “JOSEPHINE - The Queen of Entertainment”, Wintergarten pays tribute to a unique artist - stage star, activist, and freedom fighter. Together with the singers Nicolle Rochelle and Alice Francis, who, accompanied live by a fantastic band, alternately interpret the international chansons of the black diva, Europe's most renowned variety theater invites you on a musical and artistic journey through the decades - from the Roaring Twenties to the vibrant Seventies.
